Black Tea

Sour Gotti Tea

Coriander Tea

Coriander tea is given in many parts of Rajasthan according to health improvement.  Cumin, coriander, tea leaves and a few fennel seeds are boiled for about 2 minutes in about 2 cups of water, adding sugar and ginger as needed.  Sometimes it is made more tasty by adding honey instead of sugar.  People suffering from throat problems, indigestion and gas are fed this tea.  This tea, which improves taste as well as health, is known as coriander tea.

Liquorice tea

Known as Jethimad tea in Saurashtra, this tea is known as Mulethi tea in Central India.  When preparing a simple tea, a pinch of liquorice is added, then a new type of aroma is infused into the tea and the tea is also tasty.  People suffering from asthma and cold cough should take this tea two to three times a day, because of the properties of liquorice, the tea is considered to be very beneficial in health.

Icy Tea

To avoid hot summer heat and heatstroke, add lemon juice, a little tea and lemongrass in water, boil and refrigerate after cooling.  When this tea becomes very cold, drink some of it after adding ice, then freshness also brings energy to the body.  This tea is also good for health.

Anantmooli Tea

Tribals often drink Anantmooli tea on cold days in Patalkot.  Anantamool is a plant of warm nature by nature, after extracting its roots, about 1 gram of clean root is boiled in water.  A little tea leaves are also put in this water.  It is given to patients suffering from asthma and respiratory disease.  Everybody consumes this tea when it gets cold, it is believed that this tea maintains heat in the body.  Because of the use of Anantmool, it is known as Anantmooli tea.
