It is a guide to acknowledging and accepting everything you have, to appreciate how incredible this physical vehicle is.  It is a guide to maximizing your strength and endurance so that your body can take you to where you want to go in life: for your success, for the love of your life, for your passion and adventure.

I had the worst skin while I was eating burgers and burrites and onion rings and french fries and soda.  I mean, I had terrible, horrible skin.  It was embarrassing, and I did everything I could think to overcome it.  I tried to cover it with makeup. 

I tried to get rid of it with medication - oral, topical, even harsh prescriptions.  Nothing helped for a very long time.  While I was modeling and acting, there were pimps in high school and my twenties.  It was really challenging for the cameras to cover them;  It was weird and embarrassing and frustrating, and I always felt very bad about myself.  '

I personally, I love the gym.  I like being around people who are sweaty and pushing themselves forward.  All of which are focused on a single goal.  I like being in that kind of group.  '

I am definitely not in the best shape of my life.  I had some hernias last summer, so I took six weeks to rest and recover and see what happens if I have one liter of olive oil a week.  It was an experiment [laughs].  If I was not cooking, I was eating.  It was amazing!  I put on weight and love.  But as soon as I went back to my normal workout and eating, I dropped it.  Where was I, like, my loot?  "

"In the gym, I lag on the treadmill for 5 minutes, jam at a speed of 10 or 12 mph for 30 seconds, then rest for 15 seconds.  Am. Then I lung. With rows, squats, and push-up cables. If I'm building muscle I use 10- to 15-pound weights, if I'm maintaining, you need to.  And fitness has to be found out. Level. I  "I do two sets of 15 reps on everything. The whole thing takes me 20 to 30 minutes."

"I do it first thing in the morning. My gym opens at 5:30 in the morning, and if I have time for the first call, I'll just make a quick run,  Then 25 dips, two sets of step-ups and push-ups. I think it's important to do a workout, even if you have 15 minutes. '
