What is your most important gym accessory?
So far, my number one accessory is my water bottle, I need it to stay hydrated. Sometimes I forget to drink enough water both in and out of the gym. I also have a pair of gloves to support me when I am lifting weights. I love Props Athletics gloves, or any gloves that have a good design.

What do you recommend to women who feel insecure about their bodies?
Stop thinking negative thoughts! My first advice is to eliminate all negative thoughts and negative energies of who you are. No one is perfect, embrace your flaws! This is what makes you, you. Your goal should be to be the best version of yourself, and that means gaining confidence and having a positive outlook on who you are. I always recommend waking up and writing some things you love about yourself and use them as mantras throughout the day. Avoid comparing others and focus on yourself, your goals and your best qualities. For each negative thought, replace it by two good people, and don't stop until you appreciate your beautiful self.
What are your thoughts on society's obsession with big butts? Do you think this trend is going on somewhere?
I think in the past everyone would only aim to achieve a certain body type, but now people are appreciating and embracing all different types of bodies. This is so important because not all are created equal. Women come in all different shapes and sizes, so it is important to celebrate them all.
As an expert, can you tell if someone did a butt procedure when they worked in the gym.?
I believe that people should do what makes them happy because that is the most important thing in life. I personally like to look natural, because I feel that I have worked hard to reach the goals I have set for myself, knowing I am accomplished.
