Michelle is the author of sixteen books, with her latest release 'Keeping It Off', which released in October 2017.  Mitchell's other best-selling books include Food for Life, Make It Happen, Powerful Living, Crunch Time, No Excuse Cookbook, Loosing.  Last Five Kilos and Your Best Body.  Along with this, Michelle also has an extensive range of e-books and DVDs and released her first workout compilation album in 2015 via Sony Music Australia, itz Booty Blitz Tracks Sony, which went straight to # 3 on the iTunes chart  .

Michelle's 12 Week Body Transformation (12WBT) program, now in its 10th year and has snatched almost 2 million kilos from participants!  Even Michelle herself has been blown away by the amazing success and weight loss changes of this incredible program.

By virtue of her television commitments, Michelle is never far from mind and regularly lives with the characteristics of various mediums.  Mitchell is part of the prevention team with a regular 12WBT column and has also appeared in several other publications (Body + Soul, Women's Health, The Australian Women's Weekly, Women's Day, Good Food, WHO).  Mitchell regularly appears on the airwaves of various radio stations (KIIS, 2DayFM, Nova, Triple M and WSFM).

In 2012 Michelle launched her clothing, shoes and workout equipment range, called MB Active, exclusively with Big W.  After the surprise success of the launch, the range was expanded to Kitchenware with all categories proving popular and successful.

Delicious Delicious. After winning several Australian Healthy Food Guide Awards, Mitchell's partnership with Woolworths again fell into a kitchenware category.  Extremely popular, Mitchell's kitchenware range makes hydration, food preparation and food storage options even easier.

Michelle is an ambassador for Medibank, and also a great supporter of various charitable causes, including the RSPCA and the Black Dog Institute.
